Depending on the part geometry, material and service conditions, we can combine casting or forging with precision CNC machining, cold working, heat treatment, surface finishing and dimensional inspection to supply finished components ready for assembly.
For parts with specific strength, hardness, wear resistance or dimensional-stability requirements, appropriate cold-working and heat-treatment processes can be incorporated into the production route according to the drawing and material specification.
